The Phillies will call up Tyler Cloyd from Triple A to start Tuesday night against the Rockies. They'll announce a corresponding roster move after Monday's series opener.

It was John Lannan's spot in the rotation, but the left-hander was placed on the 15-day DL last Friday with left knee tendinosis. He may have pitched his last game as a Phillie.

Cloyd, 26, was 2-2 with a 3.41 ERA but 1.52 WHIP in six starts earlier this season. He has a 4.14 ERA in 12 career major-league starts.

Cloyd was 15-1 with a 2.26 ERA at Double A and Triple A last season. He had a rough start to the year with Lehigh Valley but has been lights out lately, posting a 1.33 ERA and .170 opponents' batting average over his last seven starts.
