Ruiz lags behind in All-Star voting

The first balloting figures for the 83rd All-Star Game have been released and Carlos Ruiz needs your help.

Ruiz ranks fourth in fan-voting amongst National League catchers with 562,021 votes. He trails Yadier Molina of the Cardinals (1,100,048 votes), Buster Posey of the Giants (1,072,464) and Brain McCann of the Braves (707,508).

Chooch has helped keep the Phillies' offense afloat this season. He has eight home runs, 32 RBIs and is batting .368.

The only other Phillies that made the cut are outfielders Hunter Pence and Shane Victorino.

Pence ranks 11th amongst NL outfielders with 446,460 votes. He leads the Phils with 13 home runs and 34 RBIs.

Victorino has 373,034 votes and is 15th amongst NL outfielders. He is batting .247 this season with six home runs and 27 RBIs.
