BALTIMOREThe Phillies lost, 5-4, to the Baltimore Orioles on Sunday afternoon. Matt Wieters won it for the O's with a one-out, RBI double against Joe Savery in the bottom of the 10th. Wieters drove in Adam Jones, who had reached base on an error by third baseman Ty Wigginton.

The Phils have made seven errors in the last four games. They have lost three straight series and are 29-33.

The Phillies were 3 for 11 with runners in scoring position. They had the go-ahead run at second with one out in the top of the 10th, but couldnt get it home. Pinch-hitter Mike Fontenot lined out sharply to right to end the threat.

Starting pitching report
Cliff Lee battled a high pitch count on his way to allowing seven hits and four runs over six innings. He walked two and struck out eight. Lee could not hold a 4-1 lead in the fourth. He allowed a two-out walk, a double and a three-run homer to No. 8 hitter Steve Tolleson as the Os tied the game at 4-4.

Baltimore righthander Jason Hammel allowed four runs in six innings. He pitched out of a bases-loaded jam with one out in the first.

Bullpen report
Michael Schwimer pitched three scoreless innings and struck out four. He hit 95 on the stadium radar gun.

Orioles lefty Troy Patton pitched two scoreless innings. Jim Johnson pitched a scoreless top of the ninth.

At the plate
Hunter Pence singled home two runs in the second. Jim Thome added an RBI single in the inning. Juan Pierre scored the Phils fourth run with a good baserunning play on a short wild pitch in the fourth.

Ronny Paulino singled home the Orioles first run. Tolleson tied it with his third career homer.
