Carlos Ruiz, who has recently been the Phillies' cleanup hitter, is out of Monday's lineup with hamstring tightness. Shane Victorino gets the start in the four-hole.
The Phillies lost on Sunday but what made it even worse was that Roy Halladay left the game early with a sore shoulder (see story).
