Here it is: the final Phillies lineup of the 2013 season.

The Phils bring their first losing season since 2002 to a close on Sunday when they take on the NL-East champion Braves.

After Jimmy Rollins' spectacular play to bail out Jonathan Papelbon on Saturday night (see story), the Phillies have a chance to win two straight games to end the year.

Zach Miner (0-1, 3.08) toes the rubber for the Phillies and opposes Atlanta righty Julio Teheran (13-8, 3.09).

Carlos Ruiz sits for the second consecutive game with a bruised left hand. Ruiz will be eligible for free agency this winter and now heads into an uncertain offseason, although he wants to stay with the Phillies and it looks like club feels the same way (see story).

Here's the full lineup for game No. 162:

1. Cesar Hernandez, CF
2. Jimmy Rollins, SS
3. Chase Utley, 2B
4. Domonic Brown, LF
5. Kevin Frandsen, 1B
6. Cody Asche, 3B
7. Erik Kratz, C
8. Roger Bernadina, RF
9. Zach Miner, P
