Today's Lineup: Chase Utley and Ryan Howard return

Chase Utley and Ryan Howard will return to the starting lineup when the Phillies close out their three-game series with the New York Mets on Sunday afternoon.

Both Utley and Howard sat out Saturday's 3-2 loss at Citzens Bank Park. Utley did make an appearance as a pinch-hitter, collecting a single in the ninth inning to raise his batting average from .099 to .109.

With Utley and Howard in their usual third and fourth spots in the batting order, Darin Ruf, who went 1 for 4 with a run scored while batting third on Saturday, will bat fifth in the series finale.

Elsewhere in the lineup, Grady Sizemore will replace Jeff Francoeur in right field and Cameron Rupp will take over duties behind the plate.

Cody Asche is back in at third base and will bat seventh. He's 0 for his last 21 with 10 strikeouts.

Chad Billingsley gets the start for the Phils. The right-hander gave up a pair of homers and six runs (five earned) in his season debut against Atlanta on Tuesday.
