The Phillies will wrap up their three-game series with the Mets at Citi Field at 1:10 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.

Charlie Manuel has made two changes to his lineup card for the finale. Erik Kratz replaces Carlos Ruiz behind the plate and Kevin Frandsen is in at first base for Darin Ruf.

Kratz will make his first appearance since having surgery on his left knee to repair a torn medial meniscus. He last played on June 8 in a 4-3 loss to the Brewers. In 43 games this season, Kratz is hitting .229 with eight homers and 22 RBIs.

Frandsen has quietly gone about his business this season. He's appeared in 62 games and is batting .294 with three home runs and 16 RBIs.

Cliff Lee (10-3, 2.86 ERA) gets the start for the Phils. The All-Star lefty has struggled in July. In two starts this month, Lee has allowed eight earned runs and 17 hits in 13 1/3 innings.

Lee will be opposed by Mets right-hander Matt Harvey (7-2, 2.35 ERA). In his last outing, Harvey allowed three runs on six hits in seven innings of work against the Giants. He took a no-decision in the Mets' 4-3 win.
