If you wanted Domonic Brown batting higher in the Phillies' lineup, you got your wish tonight.

Brown is slotted in the three-spot of Charlie Manuel's order for the Phillies' opener tonight of a three-game set against the Rockies (see game notes).

Brown takes over the three-hole for Jimmy Rollins, who is not in the starting lineup because of a sore foot/hip, according to our Jim Salisbury.

With Rollins out, Freddy Galvis gets the start at shortstop, while Kevin Frandsen fills in at second base.

John Mayberry Jr. will make his seventh start in the last eight games. He'll be in right field as Delmon Young receives the night off.

Here's the full lineup:

1. Ben Revere, CF
2. Michael Young, 3B
3. Domonic Brown, LF
4. Ryan Howard, 1B
5. Kevin Frandsen, 2B
6. John Mayberry Jr., RF
7. Freddy Galvis, SS
8. Humberto Quintero, C
9. Kyle Kendrick, P
