Maikel Franco's much-anticipated major-league debut will come Tuesday night. Franco will bat seventh and play third base for the Phillies against Braves left-hander Mike Minor.

Darin Ruf also starts for the Phillies against the left-hander. He bats fifth and plays left field.

Chase Utley sits for the Phils a game after exiting in the ninth inning. Freddy Galvis will man second base.
