Tonight's lineup: Rollins & Asche off

Jimmy Rollins is working his way out of a prolonged slump, but he'll sit Friday night against Diamondbacks left-hander Wade Miley.

John McDonald is in the lineup, playing shortstop and batting eighth.

Michael Young moves back up to the leadoff spot with Rollins out. Young has been the Phillies' most productive leadoff man this season, hitting .316 with a .349 on-base percentage in 20 games.

Cody Asche also gets the night off against the lefty. Young plays third and Kevin Frandsen is at first base, batting second.

Carlos Ruiz, who leads all NL catchers with a .364 batting average and .942 OPS in August, remains in the five-hole. Chooch is 10 for 16 over the last five games with two doubles and a homer.
