The Phillies are hoping some time off and a switch back to the top of the batting order will get Jimmy Rollins going.

Rollins, who leads off Friday night for the first time since June 26, has the lowest slugging percentage in all of baseball since June 1, at .277. But with Ben Revere out and a right-hander on the mound, Rollins occupies the top spot in the order for the 1,415th time in his career.

Darin Ruf seems to have found a home in the five-hole, where he’s sandwiched by Domonic Brown and Delmon Young.

John Mayberry bats seventh and starts in center, where he’ll be every day unless the Phillies can acquire an outfielder. We broke down a bevy of outfield options this week.

1) Jimmy Rollins, SS
2) Michael Young, 3B
3) Chase Utley, 2B (0 HR, 0 RBIs in July)
4) Domonic Brown, LF
5) Darin Ruf, 1B (1.084 OPS in nine games)
6) Delmon Young, RF
7) John Mayberry, CF
8) Carlos Ruiz, C (three extra-base hits in 40 games)
9) Kyle Kendrick, P
