Times have been hard for Phillies fans down at Citizens Bank Park this season but Jimmy Rollins gives us a couple of reasons to tune in this weekend as he sits just two hits back from Michael Jack Schmidt as the franchise's All-Time hit leader.

There's been some quality stuff written about Rollins passing Schmidty but only the folks at MLB.com can put together a video montage of the most memorable hits of J-Roll's career as remembered by the shortstop himself. Todd Zolecki got Rollins to talk about each of the memorable hits you can watch above (with classic calls from Harry Kalas and company). It's all a pretty bittersweet exercise. Some of those memories are so damn fun to look back on.

And then the last place Phillies take on the lowly Chicago Cubs this weekend. Jimmy bats second this evening behind Tony Gwynn Jr. Selfishly, I'm hoping he sets the record tomorrow as I'll be sitting in the outfield stands.

We'll use this opportunity to watch the timeless Goodfellas-Jiiiimmmmmmmmayyyyy! mashup.
