The Phillies are in action at Citizens Bank Park this evening as Vance Worley (1-0, 0.00) will make his second start as Joe Blanton finds himself on the DL and Roy Oswalt is still not back with the team. The Phils will take on right-hander Jason Marquis (3-0, 2.62) as the Fightins look for the series victory.

The word on Roy Oswalt is that he may be back with the team on Thursday and could start as early as Saturday.

The news out of CBP today is that J.C. Romero is back from the DL and struggling reliever David Herndon has been optioned to Triple-A. An interesting yet welcomed move since the Phillies opted to keep Mike Stutes up with the big club.

Charlie Manuel will keep Jimmy Rollins in the lead off spot this evening, followed by Shane, Polly, Howard, Francisco, Ibanez, Schneider, Valdez, and Worley.

First pitch scheduled for 7:05 from the Bank. May be limited to between-periods viewing on this one.
