A league source confirmed to CSNPhilly.com's John Finger that former Penn State guard Tim Frazier will play for the Sixers' summer league team.

Frazier went undrafted in Thursday's draft and voiced his excitement on Twitter about joining the Sixers' organization -- at least for the summer:

The 6-foot-1, 170-pounds guard averaged 14.9 points, 5.4 assists and 4.4 rebounds in his senior season at Penn State.

In Frazier's biography on Penn State's official website, head basketball coach Patrick Chambers lauded Frazier for his speed.

"Tim is the fastest player I have ever coached and I have coached some fast players. He's faster than Kyle Lowry (Villanova) who's in the NBA now."
