Atlanta doesn’t have a superstar. That hasn’t stopped the Hawks from putting together a super season so far.

They kept things going by earning an easy 105-87 win over the Sixers at the Wells Fargo Center on Tuesday night to improve to 30-8 this season.

The Hawks won for the 23rd time in their last 25 games despite resting starters Jeff Teague, DeMarre Carroll and Paul Millsap.

The Sixers had their two-game winning streak snapped. They are now 7-30.

Turning point
The Sixers and Hawks were tied at 33 with 6:43 to play in the second quarter. From that point, the Hawks outscored the Sixers 16-4 to finish the half up 49-37.

Atlanta led by double digits the rest of the way.

Follow the leader
Al Horford had 21 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists for his first career triple-double. Horford made 8 of his 10 field-goal attempts in the game.

Michael Carter-Williams led the Sixers with 20 points. He also had nine rebounds and four assists.

K.J. McDaniels scored 14 points. Hollis Thompson, who was playing his first game since Dec.19, came off the bench to score seven points in 17 minutes.

Stat-egic
The Hawks had 34 assists on 42 made field goals. It was the seventh time this season that Atlanta has had 30 or more assists in a game.

Take a bow
Former Sixer Kyle Korver leads the NBA in three-point shooting percentage at 52.4. The 33-year-old made 4 of 7 three-point attempts on Tuesday and finished with 15 points.

Injuries
Tony Wroten left the game in the fourth quarter with a right knee sprain and did not return. He had 10 points and four assists.

What's next?
The Sixers visit Toronto on Wednesday. The Raptors are 25-12, the second-best record in the Eastern Conference behind the Hawks. However, they have lost six of their last 10 games.

Former Villanova standout Kyle Lowery leads Toronto in scoring (20.4), assists (7.7) and steals (1.6.). Lowry was named the Eastern Conference player of the month for December.

On Nov. 9, the Raptors beat the Sixers 120-88 at Air Canada Centre. The Raptors led by as many as 41 points that night.

DeMar DeRozan has missed the past 21 games for the Raptors because of a groin injury, but he could return against the Sixers.
