The Sixers closed out their stint in the Las Vegas Summer League with a 91-87 overtime loss to the D-League Select team in a consolation game at Cox Pavilion Friday night.
The Sixers finished with a 2-4 record in Las Vegas.
With several players receiving a night of rest, Adonis Thomas took over the scoring load for the Sixers with 22 points.
Drew Gordon shot 5 for 7 from the field for 14 points to go along with five rebounds.
Sean Kilpatrick scored 15 points and Elijah Millsap had 13, while Jamelle Hagins posted a double-double with 10 points and 13 boards.
The D-League Select team was led by Devin Ebanks' 23 points and 15 rebounds.
Kevin Jones added 21 points and nine rebounds. Tre Kelley notched 14 points, nine assists and four steals.
After another slow start, the Sixers gained control by outscoring the D-League Select team 25-15 in the second quarter.
The Sixers increased their lead in the third quarter. However, the D-League Select team stormed back to take the lead in the fourth as the Sixers needed a pair of free throws from Kilpatrick with 2.4 seconds remaining to force overtime.
The Sixers scored just two points on a bucket from Thomas in the two-minute OT session to take the loss.
