Lavoy Allen and Arnett Moultrie were both riding stationary bikes after the Sixers' shootaround this morning.
After he got off the bike, Allen said he will miss his fourth straight game tonight when the Sixers host the Heat.
Moultrie (ankle) is not expected to be active tonight, either.
Allen has been sidelined with a sore right calf, but this morning he said the calf feels good. His left knee does not.
"When I am trying to run sprints is when it bothers me," Allen explained. "Anything in the half-court it is fine."
Allen was running sprints prior to Wednesday's game against the Bobcats, testing out his right calf when the left knee problem arose.
Allen was slow to begin training camp with left knee soreness, but before the last three contests, he had played in every regular-season game. He's been averaging 18.5 minutes per game, scoring 5.1 points and pulling down 5.4 rebounds.
