Sixers assistant Michael Curry interviewed for the Milwaukee Bucks’ head coaching vacancy last week, CSNPhilly.com’s Dei Lynam confirmed. The Racine Journal Times first reported the Bucks' interest in Curry.

Curry, also thought to be a candidate for the Sixers’ head coaching job, has one year of head coaching experience and served under Doug Collins the last three seasons. In 2008-09, Curry led the Pistons to a 39-43 record and first-round playoff exit.

Earlier this month, Jrue Holiday and Evan Turner both supported Curry to be the Sixers’ next coach.

The Sixers are one of five teams -- along with the Nets, Bucks, Bobcats and Pistons -- searching for a head coach.
