The Sixers appear to have added two more names to their summer league roster.
Two separate reports from SB Nation's Liberty Ballers blog indicate that the Sixers have added former Temple Owl Micheal Eric and former Syracuse Orange James Southerland to their roster for Orlando.
Eric played his final season at Temple in 2012 and spent time in the Cleveland Cavaliers' training camp prior to last season before being waived.
The 6-foot-10 big then spent the season in the D-League with the Canton Charge, scoring 8.1 points and pulled 7.2 rebounds in 22 minutes per game off the bench. He'll reunite with former teammate Khalif Wyatt (see story) on the Sixers' roster in Orlando.
One other reunion will also be taking place, as Southerland will rejoin Sixers' first-round pick Michael Carter-Williams, whom he played with for two seasons at Syracuse. Southerland, a 6-foot-8 forward, was Syracuse's second-leading rebounder and third-leading scorer with 13.3 points and 5.2 rebounds last season as a junior.
