Sixers to work out Rosen, three others

The Sixers will hold a pre-draft workout for four players at 10 a.m. on Monday at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Participants include Zack Rosen (Penn), Maalik Wayns (Villanova), Terrell Stoglin (Maryland) and Scott Machado (Iona).

Rosen (6-1, 175) averaged 18.5 points, 5.2 assists and 3.3 rebounds per game in his senior year at Penn last season. He was unanimously named the 2012 Ivy League player of the year after leading the Quakers to the postseason for the first time in his career.

At Villanova last season, Wayns (6-2, 185) played 33.6 minutes per game, averaging 17.6 points and 4.6 assists per game.

Stoglin, who was suspended from Maryland for a year due to a violation of the student-athlete code of conduct, averaged 21.6 points per game last season for the Terps.

Out of Iona, Machado averaged 13.6 points and 9.9 assists per game in his senior year.
