Thompson, an electrician, claims Rose's season-long absence has caused
him to have mental breakdowns and emotional distress, leading to obesity
issues.
Alright, lawyer people, chime in. What chances do any of us have in suing Andrew Bynum for all of that cheesesteak weight we've put on over the past 7-8 months?
The emotional distress seems like a stretch though. Can a person sue for "total indifference / lack of caring?"
