Doug Collins Says Final Two Starters Behind Jrue, Evan, and Bynum Are TBD

Dei Lynam caught up with Sixers Head Coach Doug Collins at the Coaches vs. Cancer golf outing the other day and talked a bit more about the upcoming season. Doug, who may have had a hand in molding Michael Jordan's style sense, says he's excited to prepare for a different kind of camp with so many new faces this season.

One of the more interesting questions Dei asks Doug is how he plans to tinker with his rotation this season and Collins admits he's not sure how all of the pieces will fit together.

After Jrue Holiday, Evan Turner, and new center Andrew Bynum, Collins says the final two starting spots could go to a number of guys. He also adds his time-honored belief that it's not when you play, it's who you play with. This was drilled into our head last year when Thad and Lou came off the bench but where two of the most important Sixers all season. Also, Jodie Meeks was a starter for quite a while.

So it could be Lavoy Allen or Spencer Hawes starting alongside Andrew Bynum. We may see Thad get some starts at the three.

It all remains to be seen, but Coach Collins is clearly excited about his new crop of players.
