Even Doctors get confused sometimes! Shouldn't that card have shown the Pelicans? No! They simply swapped in the Sixers' card instead because we get their pick. So that's a good thing that the Sixers showed up at No. 10 because that means we get the Pelicans pick instead of New Orleans jumping into the top 5.
At the point of this GIF, the Sixers were assured a Top 5 pick AND the 10th pick. Not bad!
But I feel you, Doc. With all these nerves who knows what's going on.
The Sixers will have the No. 3 and No. 10 pick in the 2014 NBA Draft. It's not the first or second overall but Hinkie can do some magic with 3 and 10!

Dr. J, on his grimace after unveiling of No. 10 pick: “I was like, ‘What the hell?’ Honest emotion. But they got it figured out." #sixers
