ESPN's Marc Stein hints that a potential trade with the Sixers, Memphis Grizzlies, and New Orleans Hornets could send Mo Speights to the Griz and net the Sixers a pair of future draft picks.
Speights role on the team this season has diminished with the addition of rookie Nik Vucevic who has performed solidly enough in his first NBA action. There was also lots of talk about Speights being a bit out of shape coming into training camp, which never helps a guy's cause with Doug Collins. The exact return on Speights remains to be seen, but a pair of draft picks (late?) seems rather nice.
