Longtime Philadelphia radio and television personality Howard Eskin is a lot of different things to a lot of different people.
But none of you will ever be able to take away the fact that he chilled with both Nelly and Charles Barkley in the same weekend.
Eskin posted this wonderful picture of himself chucking the deuces next to the St. Louis-based rapper, who looks just thrilled in that pose, over the weekend when both attended Eagles running back LeSean McCoy’s charity basketball game at Neumann University.
Other attendees included McCoy’s teammates linebacker Connor Barwin and wide receiver Jeremy Maclin as well as former teammate and now Washington Redskins wideout DeSean Jackson, just to name a few.
But the main takeaway was that picture of Eskin and Nelly. There’s no confirmation as to whether Eskin was stompin’ around in his Air Force 1s at the event.
Eskin’s weekend got even better as he welcomed Charles Barkley as his co-host on Fox 29’s "Sports Sunday" last night.
Barkley was his usual hilarious self as he cut on the Phillies by saying “they’ve been done,” ripped the Sixers’ usage of analytics as a “joke” and even touched on the World Cup by saying he’s watched four soccer games in his life and they all took place in the last four weeks, among other things.
The Chuckster even took the time to publicly make fun of Eskin’s height and his resemblances to a leprechaun and the Burger King.
Screw the shore, your backyard barbeque or your World Cup party, Eskin had a much cooler and more eventful weekend than you. How does that make you feel?
