Watch: Pat Burrell critiques his legendary slip-N-slide form

You've seen the legendary footage from Chase Utley's Instagram account of Pat Burrell performing at Hall of Fame levels down a slip-N-slide. But you haven't heard Burrell himself talk about the amazing slide.

Until now.

Pat the Bat is in Philadelphia this week to have his name enshrined on the Phillies Wall of Fame prior to tomorrow night's game against the Braves. He took the time to sit down with Marshall Harris for a segment of next week's The700Level Show and addressed his impressive form.

How in the world did he hold on to that drink?

"You know, I just couldn't part ways with it at the time," Burrell said. "It was a non-alcoholic drink. I didn't even think about it, I just thought, 'god, I'm going way to fast down this thing.' I couldn't believe [Chase Utley] set me up for that so well."

"It hurt. I mean, I hit the sand and I don't know how I got out of there without getting hurt."
