Lewis inactive, but OK after car accident

Eagles rookie running back Dion Lewis was in a car accident Sunday afternoon and is inactive against Dallas.

Lewis was not injured, but according to a team spokesman was shaken up, and is at the game.

The Eagles' primary kick returner, Lewis likely will be replaced by running back Ronnie Brown. Lewis is averaging 21.1 yards on 14 kick returns this season. He's also rushed five times for 21 yards.

Joining Lewis on the inactive list are cornerback Curtis Marsh, safety Jarrad Page, linebacker Keenan Clayton, guard Julian Vandervelde, tackle Winston Justice and defensive end Phillip Hunt.

Inactive for Dallas: quarterback Stephen McGee, running back Felix Jones, offensive linemen Kevin Kowalski, David Arkin and Daniel Loper, and defensive linemen Josh Brent and Clifton Geathers.
