Jagr, Schenn, Bryzgalov to play this weekend?

Peter Laviolette said Tuesday that the struggling Ilya Bryzgalov will be back in the Flyers net either Friday night in Anaheim or Saturday night in Phoenix.

Well get Bryz going this weekend, said the coach. Bryz is the No. 1 goalie, but we gave Sergei Bobrovsky an opportunity because he did what we asked. He came in off the bench (down 3-1 at Long Island) and got us a (4-3 overtime) win. He came back the next night and let in one goal (3-1 won over Montreal) and played really well.

I think theres times when you can earn things as well. If Bryz would have come back in that Rangers game, he would have been off the ice a couple of days and we didnt have an opportunity to practice because of the (back-to-back) afternoon games, so we had a guy who was on the ice and playing games and active and decided to hold off.
Jagr update
Jaromir Jagr, who worked with the power-play unit only Tuesday, will practice with the full Flyers team Wednesday in Anaheim and expects to try, try again to stay in the lineup beginning there on Friday night.

Maybe because I didnt have any practices and went right away to play the game, the first period I felt pretty good but the second period I think the groin got a little bit tired, I pulled it a little bit, said Jagr, who has played just one period plusThanksgiving eve at Uniondalein the last five games.

As long as I feel pain free, I go. Last time I had only four days off. Maybe I came back too quick, but I didnt feel any pain. I feel fine, but I felt fine before. The game is different, you kind of react. In the practice you know you have it and youre thinking you have it and you cannot go 100 percent. In the game you cant think, you just go 100 percent.
Schenns recall
Brayden Schenn, recalled from Adirondack after giving his broken foot a three-games-in-three-nights AHL stint, was on a line at practice with Max Talbot and Jake Voracek.

I think it takes a lot longer for a bone to heal when youre skating on it and stuff like that, but it feels good, said Schenn. I had no problems skating compared to what it was a week ago. I played three games in three nights and it felt good. The foot held up just fine.
