Spencer Hawes will miss the Sixers' game against the Miami Heat.
The Sixers are monitoring Hawes as the center eases back into game action from an Achilles strain. Hawes rejoined the Sixers' lineup in Wednesday's loss to Indiana, scoring six points and grabbing two rebounds in 20 minutes. He had not played a game since Jan. 6.
Hawes is averaging 10.2 and 7.9 rebounds per game this season.
