Even though he remains unsigned beyond 2012, Pro Bowl tailback LeSean McCoy was among the Eagles players participating in supervised workouts at the NovaCare Complex Monday (Asante Samuel was there too).
Felt good to see my teammates back to the grind!!!, McCoy tweeted from his verified Twitter account.
The Eagles and McCoy have been talking contract for a while now. McCoy, fourth in the NFL with 3,296 yards from scrimmage over the past two years (behind only AFC tailbacks Arian Foster, Ray Rice and Maurice Jones-Drew) is due 575,000 in 2012.
Another visit
Colorado offensive tackle Ryan Miller, North Alabama cornerback Janoris Jennings , Georgia center Ben Jones and Montana cornerback Trumaine Johnson are the latest draft eligible players to visit with the Eagles, according to web site profootball.scout.com, which tracks these things.
