The University of Oregon and the NCAA agree that the football program under Chip Kelly's leadership committed "major violations." Kelly released a statement today saying that he's been cooperative with the NCAA investigation but would not comment further until the NCAA made a ruling on the matter.
CSN's Geoff Mosher has much more on the issue, but it sounds like it centers around recruiting:
According to the reports, the documents are centered on Will Lyles, who
operated a recruiting and scouting service and is reportedly a main
subject of the investigation.
"There were underlying major
violations coupled with failure to monitor violations involving the head
coach (2009 through 2011) and the athletics department (2008-2011)," an
NCAA enforcement staff wrote in the report, according to KATU.

Kelly and the Eagles are set to kick off his first mini camp this week at the NovaCare Complex in South Philadelphia.
