ARLINGTON, Texas — DeMeco Ryans, Nelson Agholor and Jason Peters are inactive for Sunday night’s game against the Cowboys, while linebacker Kiko Alonso will make his return.

Running back Ryan Mathews, who was listed as questionable with a groin injury, is active against the Cowboys.

Agholor (ankle) hasn’t played since the Saints game and was questionable heading into the game vs. the Cowboys. He practiced in full all week but will get at least another week to recover. Josh Huff will start in his place.

Jason Peters (back) was downgraded to out on Saturday. Lane Johnson will make his first career start at left tackle, while Dennis Kelly will start at right tackle, his first start at tackle since 2012.

Ryans, who was questionable, hurt his hamstring against the Giants and missed the Panthers game. While Ryans is out, the Eagles have three healthy inside linebackers on Sunday night in Mychal Kendricks, Jordan Hicks and Alonso.

Alonso hasn’t played since he hurt his knee in Week 2 against the Cowboys in Philadelphia. He practiced in full all week. The bye week gave him extra time to recover. Kendricks and Hicks will start the game.

Joining Ryans, Peters and Agholor among the Eagles’ inactive players are CB Denzel Rice, QB Thad Lewis, DE Brandon Bair, LB Brad Jones.

The Cowboys' inactives are Kellen Moore, Brice Butler, Corey White, Trey Williams, Ron Leary, Geoff Swaim and Ryan Russell.
