As expected, the Eagles will be without safety Earl Wolff and reserve linebacker Najee Goode today against the Lions.
Wolff, the impressive rookie from N.C. State, is still not recovered from a knee injury that he sustained against Green Bay on Nov. 10. All indications are that the earliest he’ll be able to return is Dec. 22 against Chicago.
Veteran safety Patrick Chung, who opened the year as the starter, will continue to replace Wolff. Chung has been struggling since coming back from a shoulder injury in early November
Goode pulled his hamstring last Sunday against the Cardinals and missed practice all week. Reserve linebackers Jake Knott and Emmanuel Acho are both active.
Other inactives are quarterback Matt Barkley, cornerback Curtis Marsh, running back Matthew Tucker and offensive tackles Matt Tobin and Dennis Kelly.
For the Lions, running back Reggie Bush is active. Bush was limited in practice with a calf injury.
