Michael Vick is set to make his first start in three weeks. Whether or not he’s 100 percent healthy remains unknown outside the NovaCare Complex.

Vick, who’s been out with a hamstring pull since an Oct. 6 game against the Giants at MetLife Stadium, is listed as probable to play Sunday in the rematch at the Linc. Matt Barkley will be the No. 2 as Nick Foles is officially out for the game.

Foles, who didn’t practice Friday, is still in the early stages of his concussion recovery program. He left late in the third quarter against Dallas on Sunday after being sacked and hasn’t practiced this week.

With Vick potentially not yet 100 percent, the Eagles could fortify the quarterback position by signing G.J. Kinne from the practice squad. Vick on Thursday said Friday would be judgment day for his hamstring (see story). He planned to sprint 100 yards for the first time since sustaining the injury in the first half against the Giants.

Foles and reserve linebacker Jake Knott, a special teams standout, are the only Eagles listed as out.

Questionable on the injury report are defensive tackle/end Cedric Thornton (knee) and safety Patrick Chung (shoulder). Probable are cornerback Bradley Fletcher (knee), punter Donnie Jones (foot), left tackle Jason Peters (shoulder, finger) and running back Chris Polk.

Thornton, the team’s most productive defensive lineman after seven games, is strangely listed as questionable even though the practice report said he participated in full Friday after being limited Wednesday and Thursday.

Then again, Friday’s practice is merely a walk-through, so it makes sense that Thornton would be able to partake in the entire session but still have lingering doubts about his ability to play in a game. Nobody on the team was listed as limited on Friday.
