For the second straight day, linebacker DeMeco Ryans (hamstring) and wideouts Riley Cooper (knee) and Nelson Agholor (ankle) did not practice.

While those three weren’t practicing on Thursday, inside linebackers Kiko Alonso (knee) and Mychal Kendricks (hamstring) were. Alonso was listed as a limited participant on the official injury report, and Kendricks a full participant.

Kendricks and Alonso got hurt in the Dallas game on Sept. 20. Alonso hasn’t played since. Kendricks tried to play against Washington but aggravated his injury, left early, and has missed the last two games.

“He did good,” head coach Chip Kelly said about Kendricks’ day of practice on Wednesday. “He’ll be back out there again today. We’ll see where it is. The thing with Mychal is the consecutive days, so what happens today. And then we still have Friday and Saturday. He did good yesterday and we’ll see how he does today.”

On Wednesday, Kendricks said he hoped to play on Sunday Night Football against the Panthers. Alonso said the Dallas game after the bye week was more realistic for him (see story).

Ryans hasn’t practiced this week after leaving the Giants game before halftime with a hamstring injury. After the game, he said he expected to play the next week.

“He's another day-to-day guy, but knowing DeMeco, the way he handles injuries, you expect him back because he is a warrior in that category,” defensive coordinator Bill Davis said on Wednesday.

Agholor hasn’t played since leaving the Saints game early. After that game, he said he didn’t think the injury was serious, but he missed last week’s game and hasn’t practiced this week.

Cooper injured his knee against the Giants with what the team called a knee contusion. He returned in that game but hasn’t practiced this week. Receiver Josh Huff (knee) was a full participant, and defensive Brandon Bair (groin) participated on a limited basis.

The Eagles will release the game status for their injured players on Friday. Their bye comes after this week, so that might factor into some decisions.
