For the second straight day, inside linebacker Emmanuel Acho was limited in practice as the Eagles prepared for their short turnaround game against the Cowboys on Thanksgiving.
Acho, nursing a groin injury from Sunday’s 43-24 win over the Titans, said Monday that he think he’ll be able to play Thursday afternoon at AT&T Stadium and expected to be withheld from up-tempo portions of Tuesday’s practice to prevent a setback.
The Eagles have a walkthrough Wednesday before they fly out to Dallas, and will issue a final injury report after the session.
Nick Foles is the only Eagle on the 53-man roster ruled out. He’s still recovering from a broken collarbone. Head coach Chip Kelly said Monday that Foles will be re-examined in the next week or two.
Everyone else fully participated in Tuesday’s practice and is expected to be eligible to play in the NFC East clash to decide first place.
