Eagles Injury Update: Status quo vs. Titans

Share

Once again, the Eagles are in good shape health-wise going into their weekend matchup.

Nick Foles is the only player on the team out for Sunday’s game against the Titans at the Linc, according to the team’s final injury report. He’s being replaced by Mark Sanchez for the third straight game while being sidelined indefinitely with a broken collarbone.

Matt Tobin, who suffered a concussion in Sunday’s game against the Packers, is listed as probable. He didn’t return to practice until Thursday and Andrew Gardner took all the first-team practice reps this week, which could indicate that Gardner will start over Tobin.

Gardner, who made two starts at right tackle earlier this year, has never started a game at guard.

Everyone on the roster except Foles was a full participant in all practices this week as the Eagles have been at their healthiest in November. Nobody is listed as questionable or doubtful against the Titans.

Other starters or significant contributors on the injury report listed as probable are inside linebacker Mychal Kendricks (calf, hamstring), center Jason Kelce (thumb) and Jordan Matthews (knee).

Titans tight end Delanie Walker, who suffered a concussion against the Steelers on Monday night, is expected to play against the Eagles.
