The Eagles continued their post-draft purge on Thursday.

This time, the Birds released two more deep reserves in running back Kevin Monangai and defensive tackle Travis Raciti.

The team has now cut seven players in the last several days as it works to make room for draft picks and undrafted free agents.

As for these two players, you might be more familiar with Monangai. The 23-year-old spent time on the Eagles' practice squad last season after going undrafted out of Villanova. While at Villanova, he rushed for 3,167 yards and 29 touchdowns on 618 carries.

Raciti, 23, first signed with the Eagles at this time last year after going undrafted out of San Jose State. He led the Mountain West in tackles for a defensive lineman in 2014 with 72.

The Eagles have a rookie minicamp from May 13-15, and the veterans will join the rookie at OTAs starting May 17.
