Here are some bullet points after the Eagles' impressive 27-13 road win at Lambeau Field over the Green Bay Packers:

• Nick Foles has the hot hand. His three TD passes against the Packers on Sunday give him 10 over the last two games and 16 for the season -- with zero interceptions. Foles' completion percentage over the last two outings is 73.9 percent.

• Peyton Manning has the NFL record for most TD passes to start a season without an INT (20, this season). Foles is now tied with Milt Plum in second place with 16.

• LeSean McCoy got his running groove back Sunday. McCoy ripped through the Packers' fifth-ranked run defense for 155 yards on 25 carries. The offense as a whole rushed for 204 yards.

• Riley Cooper led the Eagles with 102 receiving yards and two TD catches. He now has three 100-yard receiving games and six touchdown receptions in his last five games.

• The Eagles' defense held a sixth straight opponent to 21 points or less. This is the first time they've reached that milestone since 2007.

• Bill Davis' D had two more INTs against the Packers, held rookie sensation Eddie Lacy to 73 yards on the ground and the Packers' third-ranked rushing offense to 99 total yards.

• The Eagles' offense -- which leads the league in plays of 20 or more yards -- had scoring plays of 55, 45, and 32 yards, all TD passes from Foles.

• Unlike a number of teams around the league, the Birds had begun the season relatively healthy. But they lost Mychal Kendricks and Earl Wolff to knee injuries Sunday, and Jason Peters left with a quad injury. Hopefully we'll know sometime Monday how serious these injuries are.
