OK, if youre going to fire Andy Reid, just wait till after Dallas week to do it.
Because when it comes to beating the Cowboys, nobody does it better than Reid.
The Eagles beat the Cowboys by 27 points Sunday, the sixth time under Reid that the Eagles have defeated the Cowboys by at least 27 points.

No other coach in NFL history has done it more than twice.
Since 1999, when Reid became head coach of the Eagles, hes beaten the Cowboys more (six times) than every other coach in the league combined (five times).
Since 1971, the Cowboys have played 673 games. Theyve lost only 21 of them by 27 or more points. That means Reid owns 30 percent of all the Cowboys lopsided losses in the last 42 years (despite being the opposing coach in only 3.8 percent of their games).
Reid has wins over Dallas by 27 points (41-14 in 2000 and 34-7 on Sunday), 28 points (49-21 in 2004), 31 points (44-13 in 2002), 33 points (36-3 in 2001) and 38 points (44-6 in 2009). Thats three at Texas Stadium, two at the Linc, one at the Vet.

The only other coaches to beat the Cowboys by 27 or more points more than once are Joe Gibbs and Wally Lemm.
Yeah, Wally who?
Lemm, who coached the St. Louis Cards from 1962 through 1965, led the Cards to a 52-20 win in 1962 at Busch Stadium and a 34-7 win in 1963 at the Cotton Bowl. Gibbs did it 19 years apart in separate stints with the Redskins, beating Dallas 41-14 at RFK Stadium in 1986 and 35-7 at FedEx Field in 2005.
Reid has defeated Dallas by 27 or more points six of the 26 times hes faced them. In the 79 Eagles-Cowboys games before Reid took over, the Eagles only beat Dallas by 27 or more points twice (43-7 in 1961 and 27-0 in 1989). Reid also has wins over Dallas by 22, 24 and 26 points.
Overall, including the playoffs, Reid is 16-10 vs. the Cowboys, with the 16 wins coming by an average of 19 points. No coach in
NFL history has defeated the Cowboys more than Reid.

Piling on
The Eagles 495 yards against Dallas put the Eagles on pace for 7,188 total yards this year. That would break the NFL record of 7,075 yards in a season, set by the 2000 Rams.
The Eagles have already gained 400 yards in a game six times in seven weeks. In NFL history, only two teams had more 400-yard games after seven games -- the 1983 Patriots and 2007 Patriots netted 400 or more yards in each of their first seven games.
With 239 rushing yards Sunday against Dallas, the Eagles are also on pace for 2,877 rushing yards this year. That would be the 12th-highest total in NFL history and third-highest since 1980 (behind the 1984 Bears 2,974 and 2006 Falcons 2,939, with Michael Vick).
The Eagles 5.78 rushing average per-carry is also higher than any team has had over a full season in 61 years, since the Cards (6.75) and Lions (5.96) both had a higher average in 1951.
Shady rushing

Since the start of last year, nobody in the NFL has more games with 120 or more rushing yards than Shady. McCoy, Adrian Peterson and Arian Foster each have six.
McCoy isnt just the only player ever with consecutive 140-yard games against the Cowboys, hes the only player in Eagles history with two career 140-yard games against any other team.
Since Week 8 of 2004, the span of 116 games, the Cowboys have allowed three backs to rush for 149 or more yards.
McCoy twice. Everybody else once (Steven Jackson in 2008).
One more: McCoy is the first Eagle with 28 or more carries in consecutive games in 32 years, since Wilbert Montgomery in 1979. Montgomery had 29 carries (for 197 yards) on Sept. 23 in a 17-13 win over the Giants and 28 carries (for 98 yards) a week later in a 17-14 win over the Steelers.
On the run
With 174 rushing yards at Buffalo, 192 at Washington and 239 against the Cowboys, this is the first time in 21 years the Eagles have had three consecutive games with 170 or more rushing yards.
Last time they did it was Weeks 11 through 15 of 1990, when they actually ran for 170 yards in six straight games -- 176 against the Giants, 176 at Buffalo, 257 at Miami, 173 vs. the Packers and 178 against the Cowboys and 174 at Phoenix.
The Eagles have also averaged at least 4.4 yards per carry in all seven of their games. Theyre the first team in 57 years and only the second team in NFL history to average at least 4.4 yards per game in every game through Week 7. The only other team to do it was the 1954 49ers.
Double threat
By throwing for 279 yards and two touchdowns and rushing for 50 yards, Michael Vick now has five career games with 250 or more passing yards, two TDs and at least 50 rushing yards. Only Steve Young has more (eight).
Hold the ball
The Eagles held the ball for 42:09 Sunday, their largest time-of-possession margin in their last 295 games. Last time they had the ball longer was in a 21-17 win over the Redskins at the Vet on Oct. 9, 1994, when they had possession for 43:11.
Romo bombs
OK, you guys mind one negative stat?
Tony Romos 70-yard TD in the fourth quarter to Laurent Robinson made him the first QB since David Krieg and only the seventh quarterback ever with two career touchdown passes of 70 yards or more against the Eagles. Romo also had a 72-yarder to Terrell Owens in the Cowboys 41-37 win over the Eagles in 2008.
The others with more than one career bomb vs. the Eagles: Charley Johnson, Eddie LeBaron, Sid Luckman, Earl Morrall, Jim Plunkett and Joe Theismann.
