Should DeSean Jackson return punts more often?

DeSean Jackson, one of the NFL’s smallest skill-position players, is lighter in the wallet today after picking on someone roughly his size.
The NFL fined Jackson $7,875 for his facemask penalty on Raiders punter Marquette King at the end of a 32-yard punt return in the second quarter of the Eagles’ 49-20 rout in Oakland.
The 6-foot, 192-pound King prevented the 5-foot-10, 175-pound Jackson from taking the punt back for a touchdown, and Jackson exacted retribution in his own way. He grabbed the punter’s facemask while going out of bounds, then held on for several more seconds.
Here’s a snapshot of Jackson racing to the edge, with only King to beat to the outside:
Jackson had already cut back a few times and was running out gas. King rode the receiver out of bounds, then found his facemask in Jackson’s left hand:
But it didn’t stop there:
Below is the sideline angle. You can see King’s neck twisted around:
Now, Jackson is paying the price.
