Chip Kelly isn't coming into his first season as Eagles head coach with lowered expectations. He wants to win and win now (see story).

Will Kelly allow DeSean Jackson to returns punts and kicks, who will someone else serve as the Eagles' return man? Geoff Mosher takes a look.

Now, here are some notes from around the NFL:

Dolphins: 1st-round pick Dion Jordan signs
MIAMI -- First-round draft pick Dion Jordan has signed with the Miami Dolphins, who will have all nine draft choices under contract for the start of training camp workouts Sunday.

Jordan, a defensive end and linebacker from Oregon, was the third player taken in the April draft after the Dolphins swung a trade with Oakland to move up nine spots.

The 6-foot-6, 240-pound Jordan had 14 career sacks as a speed rusher in college. He may initially be a pass-rush specialist with the Dolphins, but they anticipate he'll eventually become an every-down end in their 4-3 scheme.

Jordan missed playing time last season because of a right shoulder injury that required surgery in February, and he might be limited at the start of camp (see full story).

Giants: Will Hill suspended 4 games by NFL
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- New York Giants safety Will Hill has been suspended for four games by the NFL for violating the league's substance of abuse policy, his second drug suspension in two years.

Hill will miss the first four games of New York's season, and be eligible to return in time for the Oct. 6 game against Philadelphia. He is still allowed to take part in training camp and preseason games.

He was suspended last year for violating the league's performance enhancing drug policy, testing positive for Adderall (see full story).
