Nothing moves the draft needle in 2014 like Johnny Manziel. Opinions range from he should go No. 1 to he's the next Tim Tebow.
Of course, when the draft gets moved back to May, those kinds of claims can get a little out of hand.
As for the Eagles, Chip Kelly's history with Manziel has been well publicized, as Kelly nearly got Johnny Football to play for him at Oregon (see story). Could the two finally unite?
Ron Burke and John Smallwood answered that question on "Philly Sports Talk" on Wednesday. Should the Eagles trade up for Manziel? Neither answered yes, and Smallwood was pretty clear about it:
"No," he said. "No. Trade up? They only have [six] picks and you want them to give up your first-rounder and another one to go up and get a position you don't need right now?"
Sound logic -- but it probably still won't stop the Manziel talk between now and May 10.
