Quick Slants: Which Eagles newcomer will have biggest season?

Speaking on Quick Slants on Wednesday, Comcast SportsNet's Derrick Gunn and CSNPhilly.com's John Gonzalez discussed which Eagles newcomer would have the biggest season.

With Chip Kelly unloading two starting linemen in Evan Mathis and Todd Herremans, trading star running back LeSean McCoy, letting wide receiver Jeremy Maclin walk and trading quarterback Nick Foles, it's safe to say the Eagles will have a few new faces on offense.

The new-look Eagles feature quarterback Sam Bradford, a backfield duo of DeMarco Murray and Ryan Matthews, and rookie wide receiver Nelson Agholor. And those are just the new faces at the skill positions on offense.

So who was Gunn's choice to have the biggest season?

"First-round pick Nelson Agholor," he said. "His credentials in college speak for themselves, and I think he has a chance to come in here and do great things."

In his junior season at USC, Agholor recorded 104 receptions for 1,313 yards and 12 touchdowns, all career highs.

"I want to see what this young man can do," Gunn said. "I think it's wide open for him to do a lot of great things in the NFL in his first year."
