UPDATE: 10 p.m.
DeSean Jackson's South Philadelphia house was burglarized this weekend and hundreds of thousands of dollars were stolen, according to NBC10.
Jackson was reportedly away when the crime took place and it was called in by his mother late Friday night into Saturday morning.
The damage: $300,000 in cash and jewelry and two semi-automatic handguns.
According to NBC10, Jackson's mother called him and he informed her the door had been locked. The incident took place between Jan. 6 and the evening of Jan. 10, with Jackson out of town.
The burglars broke into two of Jackson's safes and stole another. There are currently no suspects, but the police are reviewing surveillance video in the area for clues.
Jackson, 27, just finished the best year of his six-year career, setting career-highs in receptions (82), targets (126), receiving yards (1,332) and touchdowns (nine).
Two days after the Eagles' season ended with a two-point playoff loss to the Saints, Jackson expressed hope that the team would re-work his contract. Jackson, who is owed $30.5 million over the next three years, backed off those comments the next day.
