The Phillies impressive feat of three straight walkoff winners from Thursday through Saturday against the Reds had never happened before. From Bob Brookover, "More history happened Saturday night when the sellout crowd witnessed a
third straight walk-off victory when Rollins singled home Carlos Ruiz in
the bottom of the 11th inning. It was the first time the Phillies had
ever won three straight games in their final at-bat."
The last time they won back-to-back games on walkoff home runs? Try 1962.
Obviously that pesky Cowboys' fan was a topic of interest.
"He was coming up and was getting booed. I was like, 'I can't take this picture.' So I nicely took his hat off and set it down and took the picture. He was cool with it. It was all in fun," Wentz said.
