The Flyers signed more than one goalie on Friday.
Free-agent netminder Yann Danis agreed to a one-year, two-way contract with the club, according to general manager Paul Holmgren.
Danis (6-0, 185) spent last season with the Edmonton Oilers' AHL affiliate, the Oklahoma City Barons. He posted a record of 26-15-6 with a 2.59 goals-against average and .911 save percentage.
The 32-year-old signed with the Montreal Canadiens in 2004 and spent four seasons with the organization. He made his NHL debut in a 32-save shutout win over the Atlanta Thrashers on Oct. 12, 2005.
Danis signed with the New York Islanders in 2008 and moved on to the New Jersey Devils the next season. He spent the 2010-11 campaign in the KHL and returned to North America last season when he signed with the Oilers.
