The Flyers had a number of injuries to update on Friday night.

The team announced that ...

• Matt Read, who suffered a lower-body injury on Tuesday and missed Thursday's game, is a game-time decision for Saturday's contest in Phoenix against the Coyotes.

• Michael Raffl, who suffered a concussion three minutes into the first period on Thursday, is ruled out for Saturday and will be evaluated by team doctors when the Flyers return to Philadelphia.

• And Erik Gustafsson, who injured his left knee on Dec. 21 in a loss to the Blue Jackets, remains sidelined and the Flyers expect him back in seven to 10 days.

Following the Flyers' tilt in Phoenix against the Coyotes on Saturday, the team returns home before taking on the Devils in New Jersey to conclude its six-game road trip.
