The Flyers on Friday made two roster moves, sending forward Michael Raffl and defenseman Oliver Lauridsen to Adirondack.
Raffl, a 24-year-old winger who most recently played in the Swedish Allsvenskan league, was battling with Chris VandeVelde, Adam Hall, 2012 first-round draft pick Scott Laughton and others for the team's final forward spots. He did not record a point in four preseason games.
Lauridsen, meanwhile, played 15 games for the Flyers last year as part of the team's depleted defensive unit, registering two goals and an assist.
The Flyers play their final preseason game against the Capitals in Washington D.C. on Friday night.
