Lidge, Ibanez, Eyre to Undergo Surgery

The Phillies made it to the World Series, but not without a cost.

Brad Lidge, Raul Ibanez and Scott Eyre and will all undergo surgeries next week.

Lidge will have surgery on Wednesday to remove a loose body from his right elbow. The closer will also have his right flexor tendon evaluated. The procedure will be performed by team physician Dr. Michael Ciccotti.

Ibanez is scheduled for surgery on Monday with Dr. William Myers to repair a sports hernia.

Eyre will also have surgery on Monday to have loose bodies removed from his left elbow in a procedure performed by Ciccotti.
